On September 9th, the 8th Annual Entrepreneur Principals Festival, jointly hosted by Action Education and the Action Education Global Alumni Association , grandly opened in Shanghai!

More than a thousand global entrepreneur principals gathered from all corners of the world to celebrate this special holiday!

The 8th Annual Entrepreneur Principals' Day, themed "Towards Number One: The Organization of the Future," aims to help entrepreneurs restructure their organizational capabilities and reshape their growth potential in the new era. Mr. Li Jian, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Entrepreneur Principals' Day and Chairman and CEO of Action Education, delivered the opening address.

Renowned economist Zhu Min , former Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and former Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China , delivered a keynote speech entitled "China's Economy Towards a New Growth Model." From a macroeconomic perspective, he analyzed the three major challenges and future trends of China's economy and interpreted the path to growth for Chinese enterprises in the new economic environment.

Wang Baoqing, the lead lecturer of "Principal's EMBA" - "Tax and Business Model", senior partner of Zhongshui Kexin Group, and co-founder of the unicorn company Huizhang, delivered a keynote speech on "Architectural Design for Chinese Enterprises Going Global" . Based on the background of China's economic globalization and industrial going global, he shared the architectural design of mainstream models for enterprises going global, essential capabilities for going global, and distribution of funds and industrial chains, helping enterprises to explore the value of going global and move towards the top.

She delved into the essence of entrepreneurial brands, dissected a low-cost brand building path that integrates the boss's character, corporate ethics, and product quality, and helped entrepreneurial principals win in the era of entrepreneurial brands.
